1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the vita55 website accessible at vita55.cam, including all associated pages, services, tools, and mobile interfaces.
• "Member" / "You" means any individual who has completed registration and holds an active vita55 account.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Member to access the Platform's services.
• "Balance" means the total of funds credited to a Member's Account, excluding any locked bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits awarded to a Member that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total wager amount a Member must place before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required for all Members prior to withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Activity" means any action explicitly forbidden under Section 8 of these Terms.
• "IDR" / "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency accepted on the Platform.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used for all platform operations, draw results, and customer service hours.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to open and maintain a vita55 Account, you must:

1. Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter.
2. Be a natural person — corporate entities may not hold Member accounts.
3. Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and at any subsequent point when requested.
4. Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under local law, to the extent that such prohibition applies specifically to the type of services offered by vita55.
5. Not be an employee, contractor, director, or affiliate of vita55 or any of its technology, payment, or marketing partners.
6. Not have been previously excluded from the Platform or had a prior account terminated for breach of these Terms.

vita55 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend access pending verification. Misrepresentation of eligibility constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) active vita55 Account. Multiple accounts registered to the same person — whether using different email addresses, device identifiers, IP addresses, payment methods, or identity documents — are strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide:

• Your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identity document).
• A valid and active email address to which you have exclusive access.
• Your date of birth.
• Your mobile phone number registered in Indonesia.
• A secure password of your own creation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. vita55 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to keep login details secure. If you suspect any unauthorised access, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].

vita55 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of vita55's Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Members who have not completed KYC may deposit and wager, but will be unable to withdraw funds until verification is approved.

KYC documentation required includes, but is not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unobstructed scan or photograph of a valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, passport, or driver's licence).
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months, showing your full name and current address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Documentation confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used to fund your vita55 Account (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or CIMB Niaga mobile banking interface showing your name and account number).

vita55 aims to complete KYC reviews within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documents. We reserve the right to request additional documentation where necessary. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

vita55 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following approved channels:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• E-Wallet: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned where practicable, less any associated transaction fees.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. vita55 targets a processing time of under five (5) minutes for verified accounts; however, processing times may be extended in cases of:

• Pending or incomplete KYC verification.
• Active fraud investigations or security reviews.
• Technical delays on the part of the receiving bank or e-wallet provider.
• Requests submitted during scheduled maintenance windows.

vita55 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, for which vita55 accepts no liability. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are published in the platform's payment information section.

vita55 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may require additional documentation and extend processing time.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

vita55 offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

1. Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "rollover" or "turnover" requirement) before they qualify for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
2. Time Limits: Bonuses are valid for a specified period from the date of issuance. Unused bonuses or bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements within the validity period will be automatically forfeited.
3. Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, sports bets, and other products may contribute at a reduced rate as specified per promotion.
4. Maximum Bet Restriction: While completing wagering requirements, the maximum single bet or wager allowed using bonus funds is Rp 200.000 per round or event, unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit during bonus play may be voided.
5. One Bonus per Household: vita55 bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, device, and payment method.

vita55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Any changes will be communicated via the platform and take effect immediately upon publication.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the vita55 sportsbook are subject to the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. vita55 offers markets in standard international formats as well as locally familiar formats including Asian Handicap, mix parlay (accumulator bets combining multiple selections), Over/Under, and 1X2 markets.

For live casino games, the rules of each game (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and others) are governed by the respective game provider's published rul es. These rules are accessible within each game's information panel.

Key betting and gaming principles:

• Voided Bets: Bets will be voided and stakes returned in the event of match cancellation, abandonment, or postponement beyond 24 hours, unless otherwise specified in sport-specific rules.
• Disconnections: In live casino games, if your connection is interrupted, the game round will be completed automatically by the dealer according to the game's standard rules. Results are final and will be reflected in your account once connectivity is restored.

• Cashing Out: Where available, the Cash Out feature allows you to settle a bet before the event concludes. The Cash Out value is calculated in real-time based on current odds and is not guaranteed to remain available throughout the event.

vita55 reserves the right to void any bet if there is evidence of match-fixing, insider information exploitation, or other irregularities affecting the integrity of the outcome.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vita55 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, balance confiscation, and potential legal action:

• Fraudulent Activity: Providing false information during registration or KYC, using stolen payment methods, or engaging in identity theft.
• Multiple Accounts: Opening or operating more than one Account per person, household, or device.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers through arbitrage betting, low-risk hedging, or collusion with other Members.
• Use of Automated Systems: Employing bots, scripts, scrapers, or other automated software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate outcomes or gain unfair advantage, particularly in live dealer games or peer-to-peer betting scenarios.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds with the intent to obscure the origin of those funds.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds discrepancies across platforms or markets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Exploiting Errors: Taking advantage of obvious technical errors, mispriced odds, or system malfunctions. vita55 reserves the right to void any bets placed under such circumstances.
• Underage Gambling: Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Abusive Conduct: Harassment, threats, or abusive language directed at vita55 staff, customer support agents, or other Members.

vita55 employs advanced fraud detection systems and monitors all account activity. Any Member found engaging in Prohibited Activities will face immediate termination and forfeiture of all account balances, including deposits and winnings.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the vita55 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, video clips, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive property of vita55 or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or redistribute any content from the Platform without express written permission.

• Delays, interruptions, or technical malfunctions caused by telecommunications providers, internet service providers, or other third-party infrastructure.
• Losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in odds, results, or promotional materials, except where such errors are corrected promptly upon discovery.
• Third-party actions, including payment processor delays, bank processing times, or government regulatory interventions.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to discontinue use and close your Account.

14. Account Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding locked bonus funds) will be returned to you after completion of any outstanding KYC or security checks.

vita55 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your Account.
• You fail to provide requested documentation during KYC or other verification procedures.
• We are required to do so by law, regulation, or court order.

In the event of termination for breach, vita55 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation and to pursue legal remedies where appropriate.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to the jurisdiction in which vita55 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and vita55.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules, with the place of arbitration to be determined by vita55.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Indonesian consumer protection laws, to the extent those rights cannot be contractually waived.
